Mississauga printer looking for a seasoned Head Press Operator
Full Time, Permanent, Night Shift (12 am – to finish)
Requirements
- Specific knowledge of COLD WEB PRESS – i.e. Goss Community Web Press – multiple 4 high units with mono units.
Candidate must:
- work autonomously, setting ink keys, registration, hanging plates, tweaking equipment to perform optimally during press runs to ensure quality.
- Have experience leading a team of 3 or more to independently run a shift.
- Be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Have strong colour perception and attention to fine detail.
- Be capable of working in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
