The Position:

Our client is currently seeking a skilled Print Production Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print production processes, excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of print production projects from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, including specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
  • Obtain competitive quotes from vendors and negotiate pricing to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor production schedules and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of printed materials.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, including paper, ink, and other supplies.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, such as technical problems or scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, expenses, and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3 years) in commercial print production or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, including offset, digital, and large-format printing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of print finishing techniques and materials is a plus.
  • Familiarity with prepress and color management processes is desirable.

Salary:

$55K-$65K
