Description
Our client, a paper and packaging products company, looking for a Graphics Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the design and production of the graphic material for the liner board division.
This role will report to the Prepress Manager and or a designated individual and will also work closely with Customer Service.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management: Work closely with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Production management: Manages the production process, working with Prepress Operators to ensure that final deliverables are of high quality and are delivered on time.
- Quality control: Performs quality checks on all graphic materials to ensure that they meet established standards and are free from errors.
- Communication: Communicates regularly with clients and Customer Service to provide updates on project progress and to address any issues or concerns.
- Documentation: Keeps detailed records of project timelines, budgets, and other important information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in art and graphic.
- 3+ years of experience in a Coordinator/Administrator or equivalent role
- Must be highly organized and be capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles when interacting with executives, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
