Account Manager must have a passion for client management and building relationships. In this role, you will partner with our clients providing strategic support and ensuring flawless execution of program deliverables. You will actively seek, identify, and develop opportunities for account growth. You have a thirst for continuous learning, always on the lookout for competitive intelligence, and the latest in proven marketing strategy.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
·Client Management – satisfy customer needs while maintaining profitability;
·Build relationship and manage interaction with key program partners;
·Account Growth – identify and assist in development of opportunities within existing program and new opportunities;
·Overall responsibility to ensure flawless execution on all program deliverables;
·Budgeting responsibilities to ensure all program financial objectives are achieved;
·Keep up to date with key client initiatives and share knowledge with team (as required);
·Act as a final approval for client submitted communications, pricing, strategies, etc. to ensure quality control and that client business objectives are supported;
·Ongoing competitive intelligence sharing with management and team;
·Overall responsibility to ensure all projects are billed on time and meet month-end deadlines;
·Work with client to help strategize, ensure programs are on brand and meet client business objectives;
·Thorough understanding of internal team and operations;
·Develop solid understanding of customer business and requirements;
·Provide recommendations on internal process and alignment to customer expectations;
·Oversee the execution of major programs deliverables for customer;
·Prepare all appropriate briefing documents (Creative briefs and Contact reports);
·Issue status reports and monthly activity reports for management;
·Resolve any client issues favorably for both parties;
·Liaise with internal and external functional groups;
·Hold timely status meetings with key personnel;
·Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with team regarding status, problems, and situations affecting the overall account.
Job requirements: ·5 years minimum experience in Packaging or Commercial Print, preferred to have an established customer base
Strong organizational skills, and self-motivated individuals
·Experience with digital marketing or omni-channel marketing is preferred;
·Proven understanding and application of creative, photography and marketing strategies there is an design agency component as well.
·Solid financial acumen - P/L management and revenue development for accounts with $1MM+ in billings;
·Proven performance in developing quality client relationships;
·Proven experience in overseeing integrated programs.
