(CFR) has engaged industry veteran Howard Conway to join the organization, effective immediately. With over four decades of experience, Conway’s breadth of knowledge and expertise brings complimentary skill sets which further enhance the CFR offering. With a successful track record in tried and true methodologies, Howard is an expert in the areas of change management and customer service, and is instrumental in creating a positive and inspired work culture.

The organization has also engaged communications professional, Nicole Morrison. An independent consultant, Morrison has over a decade of experience in the public relations field, in a number of industries. She has successfully helped her clients to communicate effectively over a variety of traditional and digital channels, and receive national recognition. She assumes the newly created role of Communications & Marketing Consultant, providing promotional support across organizational and client initiatives, effective immediately. Morrison will also coordinate CFR’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Nicole Morrison

Nicole is an award-winning communications professional with over a decade of experience in a variety of industries including arts and culture, education, entertainment, fashion, and travel. Nicole has extensive experience directing public relations campaigns both in-house and as an independent consultant. She has a proven track record of developing, managing, and executing communications strategies across traditional and digital channels, and has successfully raised the profile of her clients across national media outlets.
