The Company

The Role
The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality products on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initial conception to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project life cycle, ensuring all stages are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, production managers, and sales teams, to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and costs, including tracking expenses and forecasting project revenues
- Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded, including conducting quality control checks on all projects
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of printing and packaging industry standards and practices
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Project management: 2 years (required)
- Printing and Packaging: 2 years (preferred)
