The Vision Behind Connecting for Results:

Connecting for Results was founded by Bob Dale and Gord Griffiths, two industry veterans with extensive experience in the printing sector. Gord Griffiths is a respected corporate leader who has successfully managed some of the most prominent printing companies in North America, including Quebecor Printing and Cenveo’s International operations. His leadership in managing and turning around operations for nearly 100 manufacturing plants has been a testament to his expertise and innovative approach.

Bob Dale brings many years of management consulting experience, supporting businesses in the printing, technology, and financial services sectors. He has been a key player in transforming supply chain management for print and advertising channels during his tenure at RBC Royal Bank. With their combined expertise, Bob and Gord founded CFR with a vision to offer strategic consulting, recruiting, organizational development, and M&A services tailored to the unique needs of the printing, packaging, and graphic communications industries.

From our beginnings as a Canadian consulting practice, we now complete assignments for companies in both the USA and Canada.

Our team of 20 industry experts, including bilingual team members, have held high-profile leadership positions for many years and have successfully owned, managed, bought and sold businesses.
