General and Administrative:
- Facilitating seamless communication between the CSR Supervisor, Production Team, and customers.
- Providing crucial support to the Production Team.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Team.
- Nurturing and strengthening client relationships.
- Proficiently managing customer accounts.
- Orchestrating meetings and efficiently managing orders.
- Swiftly resolving file-related issues and ensuring timely updates.
Sales and Marketing:
- Being the backbone of Customer Sales support.
- Pioneering the introduction of new products.
- Implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborating on dynamic marketing initiatives.
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in the label/packaging environment.
- Printing background knowledge in digital and offset.
- Proven experience in tracking and managing customer orders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and strong multitasking abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the graphic arts/printing industry.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or printing/graphic arts industries.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Solid mathematical skills.
- Capability to identify and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a sales aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
