POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team as a leader in large-format print, display, and installation services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting account management efforts to foster strong client relationships. This position is ideal for a creative and proactive individual passionate about visual communication and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Campaign Development: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote our large-format printing, display, and installation services across multiple channels.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, including email campaigns, landing pages, and CRM management.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts, that highlights our expertise and drives interest from potential clients.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, with a focus on attracting and converting leads.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends, tailoring marketing efforts accordingly.

Account Management Support

  • Client Engagement: Support account managers in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and communication.
  • Project Updates: Collaborate with the sales and production teams to provide clients with updates on ongoing projects, including printing, display, and installation timelines.
  • Customer Success Stories: Work closely with clients to gather feedback and develop case studies or testimonials that showcase successful projects.

Event and Brand Management

  • Event Coordination: Organize trade shows, open houses, and client events to showcase our products and services, emphasizing our full-service capabilities.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s branding and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Showcase Expertise: Highlight completed installations and display projects through creative campaigns and visual storytelling.

Performance Analytics

  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including lead generation and client engagement efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • CRM Optimization: Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage campaigns, and streamline communication with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or account management, preferably in the printing, display, or installation industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of large-format printing, display production, and installation processes is an advantage – but not necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
