The Position
Our client is currently seeking a skilled Print Estimator to join the team. The Print Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating costs associated with print projects, providing competitive quotes to clients, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print production processes, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and customer requirements to determine print production needs.
- Calculate costs for materials, labour, and equipment based on project specifications.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes and estimates to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to optimize project timelines and costs.
- Monitor project budgets and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and industry trends.

What We Need From You:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in print estimating or a similar role within the printing industry.
- Proficiency in print estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and work cooperatively as a team member.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
