Description

Our client, a fast-growing equipment distributor in the printing and graphics industry in Scarborough, is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Job Functions

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of equipment sold at the company as well as competition to make informed recommendations to customers based on business needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Gather customer feedback and provide input into the development of new products and services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities

Job Requirements/Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-starter with driven personality
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrates business professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage changing and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in graphics industry an asset
  • French speaking an asset

Schedule

Full-Time,  Monday – Friday  8:30am – 5pm, in-office

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000 base with potential to make $125,000+ with commission
