Toronto, ON, March 18, 2024 – Today, strategic consulting firm, Connecting for Results (CFR), is pleased to announce the sale of Maracle Press Limited to Michael Hothi, owner of Ottawa-based Trico Packaging and Print Solutions, and Toronto-based Canadian Printing Resources, effective March 15, 2024. CFR was engaged by Maracle to find a buyer that would continue to provide excellent service for current customers while growing the business utilizing the company’s experienced team and unique capabilities.
With the help of CFR’s mergers and acquisitions team, Maracle’s century-long success in creation and design, print and finishing, publishing, and fulfillment will be enhanced by Michael Hothi’s future plans.
