Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Effectively communicates with customer through multiple means (e-mail, verbal, presentations, phone, meetings).
  • Acts as an advocate for the customer, acts with the customer in mind.
  • Acts as a conduit between internal contacts and customer contacts
  • Develops and executes account sales strategy.
  • Understand the Client's buying process and where they are in the buying process.
  • Uncover who is the decision maker and who are the decision influencers.
  • Effective questioning skills putting sales inside the client's operating reality.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups.
  • Support the RSM’s, Sales Team and Product Managers when customers provide RFP’s.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4+ years industry sales and service experience. Chemistry degree a plus.
  • Technical ability required, knowledge of press operations and capabilities, raw material properties & pigments
  • Solid product knowledge background for sales application – Graphic Arts
  • Core selling skills include ability to prospect, develop leads, make presentations, respond to objections, consult and close.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to influence buying decisions and effectively interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Utilizing the Strategic Account Plan process to generate sales growth through maintenance of existing accounts, growth within current account base and new business development
  • Use Salesforce effectively to track and monitor current and future customers opportunities
  • Committed to value selling philosophy.
  • Proficiency in both English and French would be an asset in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
